What is YEIDA Built-Up Housing Scheme?
The YEIDA Built-Up Housing Scheme is a program launched by the government of India under the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority. The scheme aims to provide housing facilities at affordable prices in premium locations in Noida. The scheme will be providing around 1200 residential plots to its applicants. Under this program, the government has kept the price of houses comparatively less than the market price. The scheme will be a great step towards eradicating the homelessness in the state. The scheme has already given a great response from previous years, that’s why it’s was renewed again to provide houses to the homeless people in the state.
Objective of Yeida Plot Scheme
The main objective behind launching the Yeida Plot Scheme is to provide housing facilities to the citizens at affordable prices in the prime locations of Noida. Under this scheme, the government will be providing around 1200 flats to the citizens this time. The scheme has given a great response in the past years that’s why the government decided to renew the scheme to provide housing to the homeless people of Noida. Yeida Plot Built-Up Housing Scheme Apply Online
To apply online for this scheme you need to follow the below given procedure step by step:-
Step 1:- Applicants should visit the official Yeida website and complete the application form to apply online for the Yeida Residential Plot Scheme.
Step 2:- after that the applicant has to select the preferred/selected flat/house size, sector and block. The registration money will be calculated according to the preference which will be chosed by the applicant.
Step 3:- After the selection of a house/ flat the applicant has to fill in the details and upload the important documents like passport-size photographs, Aadhar card, PAN card, reservation category if any.
Step 4:- After attaching all the documents the applicant shall pay the registration fee(non-refundable) and 10% earnest money which will be adjustable through an online payment gateway.
Step 5:- After this a letter of intent will be issued as soon as the YEIDA processes the application and the applicant will be informed through SMS. The letter can be downloaded from the official website.
