Yashad-Sumedha Scholarship Programme 2024-25 is an opportunity offered by Yashad-Sumedha* to Rajasthan students pursuing higher studies. The programme aims to foster education and skill development among financially deprived students by providing monetary aid. The selected candidates will receive financial assistance.
*Sumedha is a non-profit society/organisation founded by Sh. Meetha Lal Mehta (Padma Shree), Former Chief Secretary of Rajasthan in 1998. The organization aims to help talented children from resource-poor families who are deprived of higher education. With Sumedha’s support, 6238 students have received educational opportunities thus far.
Eligibility
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
Apply Online:
- be a domicile of Rajasthan
- be pursuing technical or non-technical courses at an institution located in Rajasthan
- have secured above 75% of marks in higher secondary exams
- have a total family income of less than ₹2,00,000 per annum
Benefits
The selected students will receive financial assistance.
Documents
- A passport-size photograph of the applicant (Format – JPG/JPEG, Size – 200 KB max)
- A 7×5 family photograph of the applicant (Format – JPG/JPEG)
- Orphan certificate
- BPL card/certificate
- Marksheet/certificates of the last qualifying exam
How can you apply?
Eligible applicants can follow these steps to apply:-
Step 1: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
Step 2: Click the ‘Register’ button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID)
Step 3: Read the instructions thoroughly and click ‘I Agree’.
Step 4: Fill in the details to sign up and click on ‘Register’.
Step 5: After successful registration, log in using valid credentials.
Step 6: Click on ‘Fresh Apply’ to open the application form.
Step 7: Fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents and click ‘Save’.
Step 8: Download the application form and submit a print to the college.
Note:- The college will verify and forward the student details to Sumedha’s office.

Female students will be given priority in all categories.
Terms and Conditions
- For applicants who are already getting assistance, first-division marks are necessary for the continuation of the scholarship.
- Applicants with lower marks can be considered if they meet the preference criteria.
