Merit Cum Means Scholarship 2025 Online Registration

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be an Indian citizen and permanent resident of Haryana
• be pursuing studies in a government or government-aided institution/school/college of the state
• have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the last qualifying examination
• have an annual income of parent(s)/guardian(s) of less than ₹2,50,000

The selected candidates will receive monthly financial aid of ₹500. This aid will be awarded to 15% of the students enrolled that semester or the actual number of students studying in government/ government society/government-aided institutions, whichever is less.

• Aadhaar card
• Fee receipt
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Income certificate (if applicable)
• BPL certificate (if applicable)
• Marksheets/certificates of the previous semester/class

Eligible applicants can apply for the scheme by following the steps mentioned below:-
Step 1: Click on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
Step 2: Click the ‘Register’ button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID.)
Step 3: Tick the domicile option, select the academic session from the dropdown list, enter the Aadhaar number and click on ‘Submit’​​​​​​.
Step 4: Click on the ‘Student Registration’ button at the top of the dashboard.
Step 5: Read the instructions carefully, enter PPP (Family ID) and click on search.
Step 6: A list of members will be displayed. Select the name and click on the ‘Generate OTP’ button.
Step 7: Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number and click on the ‘Verify OTP’ button.
Step 8: After successfully verifying the OTP, all the details will be automatically filled in the registration form.
Step 9: Cross-check the information, select the department, college and create the password. Now, click on the ‘Register’ button to complete the process.
Step 10: After successful registration, login using valid credentials.
Step 11: Select the scholarship scheme to be applied, fill in the information, upload the necessary documents and submit.
