DDA Housing Scheme 2024: Registration for 40,000 Flats to Start Soon

About 40,000 apartments will be made available under three housing plans by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) for low-, mid-, and high-income people. The DDA Housing Scheme 2024 has been given the go-ahead by the authorities. This scheme makes housing more accessible and makes it possible for the average person to own a home in Delhi by offering LIG and EWS flats at discounted rates in Ramgarh Colony, Loknayakpuram, Siraspur, Rohini, and Narela through the first-come, first-served (FCFS) mode. Flats for all income groups, including the High Income Group (HIG), Middle Income Group (MIG), Lower Income Group (LIG), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS), will be available under the DDA General Housing Scheme 2024 at several places, including Jasola, Loknayakpuram, and Narela. There won’t be any price increases and these apartments will be offered at the same costs as in 2023 with a starting price of roughly ₹29 lakh. Flats in Sectors 14, 16B, and 19B of Dwarka that fall into the Medium Income Group (MIG), High Income Group (HIG), and higher categories will be made available through an e-auction process as part of the DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024.
